    Today I finished welding up the l/s sub frame connectors. Here is the l/s & r/s connectors.

    Thanks for the heads up Ryan. I also found that I have 2 cans of the Eastwood rubberized undercoating I must have purchased for just this purpose.

    Mike,
    Both of those coatings are urethane-based......likely containing forms of isocynate.......so make sure you have lots of good ventilation if/when you use them. You can breath too much of their vapors because they don't have too much odor to them. Just because you can't smell them much, doesn't mean they can't make you sick.... Respect the application instructions - do NOT consider them lightly.

    Yesterday I finished constructing the drivers side sub frame connector, now I just need to finish welding it up.

    I will probably coat them with the Master Series chassis black that I have left over from when I used it on the inside & outside of the engine compartment & then I will undercoat the bottom of the car.

    Today was a productive day, I installed the shortened Explorer aluminum driveshaft, made a bracket for the EFI fuel filter, & started working on the drivers side sub frame connector.
