  • 83 Mustang 7.5" rear axle

This should probably go into the "for sale" section but I for now just want an opinion. I have a rear 4 lug 7.5" open diff rear axle from an '83 GLX that I pulled when I upgraded to a 5 lug setup. It's been sitting in my garage forever and now the mustang is long gone. I've been staring at the thing laying on the floor in the garage and I want it gone. The question is, is there anyone out there that would want such a thing. I'm inclined to toss it in the trash, but, like every gear head I'm reluctant to do so with the thought that some person out there may be looking for such a thing. I cannot think of who in the world would want a 7.5" but before I toss it I thought I would ask here 1st if there is any reason not to throw it away, and second, does anyone here want it.

Not a very big market for 4 lug stuff, especially 7.5" rears. Probably worth more in scrap iron than you could ever sell it for parts.
