What do you guys recommend for line locks? Are the cheaper Biondi kits worth it, or should a person spend twice as much for the Hurst kits?

Looks like the Biondo unit gets good reviews probably better than the more expensive ones on Summit. The Moroso one looks just like the Biondo and also gets good reviews and comes as a kit but doesn't seem to include fittings and lines. I guess you have to add up what comes with the Moroso kit and see which way is cheaper.

I have an old Hurst line lock I got in the 80s that looks kind of like the Biondo/Moroso unit and works fine.

I've used/installed four Hurst units without a single failure. Never tried any other brands so I guess no help there.

I got my line lock in about 2000 and it looks like the Biondo unit. I think I got it from Jegs. After years of sitting it still works like it's supposed to.

I have been using the same Hurst Line Lok on my Fairmont since 1988, still working great. That said, I did have a cheaper TCI Line Lok in one of my old street/strip cars for 10 years, never had any issues with it either.

I have an old Jegs branded solenoid on my junk with no issues for probably 15 yrs. I got the small adapter pre-made lines at local NAPA store for couple dollars.
